Staging Homes – To Stage Or Not To Stage Your Home Before Going On The Market To Sell?… Denver Real Estate.

March 6, 2017 by Natalie

Staging Homes – To Stage Or Not To Stage Your Home Before Going On The Market To Sell?… Denver Real Estate. That is the question. In my opinion, when the market is great and homes are selling so quickly, save that staging money and instead, declutter completely. Box everything up that you can live without for a couple of months and either store the boxes in your garage, crawl space or storage room. If that’s not an option, I recommend getting a storage pod dropped off to your driveway for you to load up. When it’s full, they’ll pick it up, store the pod in a secure storage lot, until you move to your new home, where they’ll deliver it when you’re ready. It’s much better for potential buyers to see the home as a ‘blank canvas’ where they can envision their own furniture, etc. vs focusing on your personal belongings. Besides, the more you empty the home, the better the professional real estate photos will look in the MLS. Call me if you’d like me to come by your house & help you figure out what to pack up and what we can do to get the most money out of your home. Thank you so much!
