    We don’t know where to begin. Cathy was absolutely amazing at helping us find our DREAM home when we... had almost given up hope. We began our home search remotely from out of state. Cathy took it upon herself to view and do FaceTime Tours for each of the homes we were interested in! We relied heavily on her sage wisdom and advice when we couldn’t be there physically… and boy are we glad we listened to her! After weeks of hunting, Cathy never gave up on us. We often would be full steam ahead on a house and then discover something that made us jump… she kindly weathered all the ups and downs with us, being a patient guide the whole way. She’s extremely punctual, knowledgeable, highly responsive, gets things done before we even had to ask, knows Colorado incredibly well, and genuinely cares about her clients and has their best interest in mind. She often would be up very late on the phone (weekends too) with us getting offers together and mapping out game plans. We bugged her with questions ALL the time and she was ALWAYS happy to help. Ultimately, the long journey lead us to our absolute DREAM home - better than we could have imagined! I don’t believe we would have gotten here if it weren’t for Cathy.     To be fair… have you ever had someone so intent on making you happy they seemingly would sacrifice s...pace and time for you? Regardless of the outcome, whether they got what they wanted or not, it was irrelevant, as long as you came out on top. Someone so hell-bent on your happiness, relentless, consumed… all to make you happy? Yea … I haven’t either … Ms. Cathy is beyond reproach in this pursuit. If you want someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and often brilliant … to include all-around-amazing… she is your agent. I would challenge anyone to prove me wrong. I would also challenge ALL OTHER AGENTS to step up their game. I’ve bought and sold a few houses on numerous occasions. I don’t say this to brag, but to give context… YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER AGENT. FULL STOP. Wonderful, wise, and wow! Lots of WOW! She is awesome. Go ahead and challenge me. I’ll win.     It is a rough real estate market for the seller in Denver but Natalie sold mine in a all cash deal a...nd contingence of selling my home. She helped me make decisions on what and what not to do in order to prepare for sale and negotiated a really satisfactory contract that covered my needs. Buyer agreed to not coming back at me on inspection. What they saw is what they got unless it was health oriented. Whatever your needs,buyer or seller; Natalie has plenty of experience and can get the deal done!
