Multiple Offers Over Asking Price! BUT Will The Home Appraise?… This Denver Colorado real estate market is crazy right now. It’s a sellers market and because of the lack of inventory of homes, sellers are receiving multiple offers well over asking price. But the question is, will the home appraise for that much higher offer? In this case, it did! Payday for my sellers who were not expecting this whatsoever.
