Congratulations Barb! Barb Sold her home, which she owned for several years, using Natalie Carrado/LivingDenver (me) as her Realtor for both transactions. She didn’t need such a big house & was ready to move into a great townhouse where she didn’t have the yard work that she had before. Nice move Barb! We ended up finding a townhouse first in Aurora, but because of some major HOA issues at that home, Barb decided to move on to a great place in Highlands Ranch! Another great idea & nice move. The place in Highlands Ranch is completely remodeled with granite, new fixtures, new carpet, stainless steel appliances, etc. Barb is so excited about this place & I don’t blame her.
