After 5 long months of waiting for her home to close, Kelley, her Dad and I sat at the closing table this evening and the miracle happened… she closed on the home! This was a situation where there weren’t permits pulled from the county on the basement finish, when the previous owner did the work. Therefore, before Kelley could purchase the home, the county required the basement to be completely unfinished down to the wiring, framing, plumbing, insulation, drywall, paint, tile, ceilings, carpet, etc.

Kelley basically has a brand new house to move into now! It has been a long road for all of us, but with patience, diligence, persistence, and blessing… it is now finished, praise God! Congratulations Kelley! So glad to have been your Realtor through thick and thin, and now of course, your friend!
